25 Beautifully Illustrated Thought-Provoking Questions

Since I have embarked in to a new career after 13 years working as a Clinical Social Worker in an Intensive Care Unit, I am forced to think about things other than motorcycles.  My new career, Organ Donation Coordinator in a hospital makes me question so many things in my life.  It is scary to go from a job where I was unconsciously competent to a job that I am consciously incompetent.  Well, that is how I feel at the moment and can only hope one day I will feel competent.  In any case, the questions below, although can be considered a bit corny are really thought-provoking.  My brain does at times feel like it is going to burst with all the new information I am taking in….with all the learning I need to do but after this trip to Toronto I am feeling a little more confident I made the right decision to take this job.

We are interested to hear answers to some of the questions….please feel free to post any comments and let us all know how folks would answer these.  😉  Thanks.

A question that makes you think is worth asking…

At the cusp of a new day, week, month, or year, most of us take a little time to reflect on our lives by looking back over the past and ahead into the future.  We ponder the successes, failures and standout events that are slowly scripting our life’s story.  This process of self reflection helps us maintain a conscious awareness of where we’ve been and where we intend to go.  It is pertinent to the organization and preservation of our dreams, goals and desires.

Remember, these questions have no right or wrong answers.  Because asking the right questions is the answer.

  2. Really appreciate the thought-provoking questions. A welcome break in the turmoil that usually accompanies me on Fridays (weekly reports galore).

My two cents worth: having the opportunity of delivering a message to a large group of people, I would state that God smiles upon all of us, cherishing us like the apple of His eyes, so even if we struggle to make ends meet, or with impending death, He is taking good care of us, and you can verify that whenever a group of real Christians meet. I am a Roman Catholic, but I have also seen beautiful displays of love in the midst of other Christian confessions. Many of my acquaintances laugh at the thought of religious belief, but all of them envy me when they see me cope with any kind of stressing situations supported by God’s love, made visible in my brothers and sisters in all kind of ways, some of them mystical, and some of them as down-to-earth as they come. In my long life, this is the only thing that I find worth clinging to, and let me tell you: I have lived the life, so to speak. My apologies to any atheist lurking around: no argument sought, just stating my beliefs.
